The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. It was clean and large enough for our needs. Even though it's next to Paine Field airport it was quiet. Just a short drive from the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and stores.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable

Everything else ....strict checkout time., unhelpful staff, money gor value ....can't understand, towels tiny not soft ....rooms under bed had bad smell and food crumbs ....no paper or menus in room

Beds/Pillows were the BEST!! Older Hotel but Clean and well preserved. Good Breakfast not free though.
Facilities are older, so new carpet in the halls, paint etc. in the future needed.

Everything was clean and welcoming. The room was spacious and smelled fresh and fragrance free. Parking and access was easy. The beds were very comfortable.
No dislikes.

The manager was absolutely disrespectful and rude. He treated us like we were not welcome and was not friendly at all.

We were visiting our daughter in Everett. Didn't know the flight museum was right next door. That was pretty cool. For last min booking we were happy to get to stay there. Dinner options limited but food was good and staff very nice.
Thought price would have been a bit lower considering booked through site that helps you get best price. Over $300 for one night was more than we should have paid. Thought last min booking would limit my options, so prob would have shopped around if had more time.

Pool and Jacuzzi was great. Staff very friendly.
Dated carpeting. No free breakfasts like other chains.
First room we got the windows super dirty couldn't see out. Though staff switched out our room, so that was ok.

Being charged for breakfast on Sunday, bagels terrible, mini muffin not good, and no hot food except to be charged more...rooms already over 200

nothing. regular motel using hilton name to upcharge. almost double other hotels in the area in pricing. we only booked this location because of the advertised shuttle service but was told they don’t offer it.
staff and false advertising. on booking.com, the description says they offer free shuttle to the airport but when we arrived and tried to arrange for one, they told us they don’t offer shuttle service and basically told us that it’s booking.com’a fault and asked us to deal with booking.com.
i have a hard time believing that they have no control over their contents on booking.com. They wouldn’t even offer to pay for my uber ride which is only like 3 miles away to the airport and told me to deal with booking.com myself.
The manager also blatantly lied that she had no way to do a partial refund for the uber ride. I do hope Hilton management take a look at this manager and deal with her. You have lost a customer at all of your other Hilton hotels around the world.

Severe cleaning agent smell in the room. Window didn't open. No bathroom fan. Couldn't take the smell. Had to leave.
