The hotel was very nice. Was even more than we expected. The most beautiful lobby as we arrived and checked in. The staff was exceptional. The beds were so comfortable. The room was beautiful and very clean. Housekeeping came in and freshened up everyday. Beds made, towels replaced, necessities resupplied. The people who worked housekeeping were very nice as well. Wonderful people. The hotel was situated beautifully with a beautiful pool and beautiful landscaping. It was convenient to EVERYTHING! The rates were very fair and we loved that restaurants were so close, we walked , and a Starbucks was located inside the hotel. Phenomenal place!!

Excellent location, within an excellent mall and easy access to get to Dallas or Ft Worth

the rooms are quiet the beds are very comfortable the facility feels new and it’s located next to a mall if anyone cares

the breakfast seemed like a scam and there were no signs for the price. spent over $100 for us to eat a little fruit.

The amenities were great and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Especially had fun with the bar staff, they were great!

The a/c and heat is on an auto temp. Set the temp to stay at 69, and it would bounce back and forth throughout the night between blowing heat or blowing cold air. Might need a little fine tuning.

Enjoy location, clean and love the fact that pets are so welcome. our pups enjoyed as well. beautiful pup facilities . Starbucks is a plus
