Breakfast was ok and location was ok also. Rooms were somewhat clean. Could have been a nice suite if updated. Carpet was old and dated. The lobby and breakfast area were nice but dated. Our stay was disappointing because the room was infested with roaches.

I booked I think about April 28…paid through “Booking” I got comformation# of payment. when I got to hotel they had no record of my booking and even though I had already pd in full they would not refund. the booking was for May 5, 2023. this was overnight for me and my mother in law while my husband was in the hospital. I had a terrible time finding somewhere else to stay for the night. I need my money refunded ASAP. not a Happy camper!

No room in the inn

the staff was wonderful and the front lady went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcome and happy

just little details about the room we found it open when we first came in and the carpet was not flawlessly cleaned

There was no warm or hot water for 3 days , from Friday morning 02/10/23 until Monday 02/13/23 afternoon. Manager was completely disinterested in the problem and justified the issue by saying that is a 30 year old property, and that there is no back up plumber on duty over the weekend. Front desk was half laughing half smirking when I brought up the issue and how disturbing it is, especially for the price and people coming here to stay for business and getting ready for meetings and work.
