The indoor pool was so warm! There were also super hot hot tubs both indoors and outdoors. The beds were super comfortable! Everything was very clean and up to date. The TV had YouTube which my kids loved! The in room coffee was the best I've had, actually enjoyed drinking it.
I didn't like that at the front desk when I checked in I was told if I paid $15 for my breakfast buffet, then my kids would eat free but when I went to breakfast they wanted to charge me $20 for me kids eating a bite of a bagel. Really not cool! They need to be clear about these breakfast policies since nothing but parking is included in your stay.

Was very close to my destination
The personnel at the hotel was not nice ,
I eat at the restaurant was so bad and have no idea about costumer the food was horrible
Please tell you employees to be much better and be happy.

The area was ok
It was a problem to get housekeeping to clean and replenish the room. The staff would be notified and no one would come

Front desk staff were mostly very helpful

Nice breakfast for additional reasonable charge,
Room on first floor was very noisy and faced a parking lot precluding opening drapes or windows. No safe in toom! Cleaning only done on demand, but cleaning people were nice and gave me the toiletries I ran out of.
Hard to stay asleep with noise from corridor and adjacent rooms. I could actually hear toilets flushing in other rooms...

The staff is always so friendly when we stay at this property. The room was spacious and the lobby is very neat.
The Jacuzzi in our room was very old and pieces of it were fallen apart. The mattress needed to be replaced.

Super comfy room at a decent price. We have traveled to NOFO may times and often stay in Riverhead on our trips - this was the first time staying at the Hilton Inn and was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and very clean - a very comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the meal was fine, though there was a large party staying in the hotel that night and the staff was a little overwhelmed in the morning.
Location is a bit weird - given where it's located on the main road you have to drive a short distance away from Riverhead before turning around to head back into town. Not the worse thing in the world but it did add to the Uber tabs when we were heading into town for dinner.
