Location

Bathrooms were extremely small making it challenging even for an average human to get things done or turn around and close the doors behind us. Breakfast was below average when compared to other Hampton Inns. Rooms did not have a microwave which are available in other Hampton Inns.

Staff couldn't have been nicer. Everything was clean and i would stay again in a minute.

The staff was great and very friendly. The rooms were good and the location was great! Close to shops, restaurants and the interstate.

The Breakfast was really lacking. Normal continental but lack of options and availability. Had to eat out shortly after because we were hungry. I didn't like how the showers in room are incredibly loud and the same when neighbor rooms shower. It squeals loudly through the walls. I wish the room had a small microwave to warm food up in.

Easy access to everywhere

My son had a fall inside the equipment room and I had to ask the front desk to complete an incident report on him. No manger reached out to me I had to contact them on Tuesday after checkout on Sunday. Jennifer Decker's demeanor was so nasty I had to call headquarters.

Location.

Not getting cleaning services the whole time we was there. Also towels was left outside our door and we found them when we returned from our outing.

Room was good, internet was fine. Housekeeping was doing a good job. The laundry facilities were very reasonable and useful. Location of the hotel is good, as there are a number of eateries around.

Breakfast was extremely boring, similar menu and not much variety. Except for the breakfast and the noisy refrigerator in my room, everything else was fine.
