for first time probably because the hotel is about to close for renovations next week, our initial room was very DATED tub [aint was wearing off, some missmatch furniture BUT after talking to manager Riannhna she was able to move us to 3rd floor our favorite corner ocean front room which was phenomenal as usual

That was the dirtiest, loudest and worst hotel suite we have ever stayed at. 1) The sofa beds were so hard and you can feel every single spring. The friends kids argued every night, who can sleep in parents' bed. They had no nice and relaxed time. My kids had to improve, but next morning their backs hurt. 2) The airconditions were so loud, that you have to turn them off to be able to sleep. Then we couldn't sleep because it was too hot. We were so tired the next morning. 3) MOST IMPORTANT: the bathroom especially the tub was so dirty, you didn't want to step in. For a price of 650 Dollar a night I expected wonderful conditions. The front door to your suit and was so dirty, I didn't want to touch the door at all.

The pool staff was amaizing.

As we depart from our stay at the Casa Marina we are deeply upset about all of the hotel facilities and how they have been kept up with. Prior to booking we fell in love with the property through photos on the booking.com site. We thought we could bring our family of 4 here and be completely at peace, in fact when we arrived it was almost the complete opposite. Starting with the up keep of the entire property. We noticed immediately rust on almost everything, mildew and mold. Paint chipping everywhere. When we got on elevator to go to our room (217) we were weary about it just by the functioning sounds and movements. The floors and walls were dirty as could be and looked like they have never been cleaned or kept up with. When arriving to the room we were supposed to have a pack n play in our room which was requested prior to our arrival. We also said it when we checked in. We never received it until I went and verbally complained after requesting it again via phone to front desk. When checking the bathroom the tub porcelain was rotted and stained with rust stains and spots. Our luggage also took 30 minutes to arrive. The pack n play upon arrival was also rusted badly. Our bathroom had no functioning exhaust vent. Which made us uncomfortable to use the bathroom in the room, so we would use the public common ones down stairs. We strategically had to air our room out after showers so it wouldn’t be humid and wet in the room. Our 5 year old son was afraid to walk to the room with us at night because our room was the only room with no light outside of the door which made it extremely dark in the hallway by our room at night. When using the downstairs public restroom on 12-12-22 after arriving to the resort from a night out, I was met by roaches scattering across the floor as the automatic light turned on. On 12-13-22 we got stuck on the elevator briefly and on our day of departure they put up “elevator out of service” sign. Room service failed to come the last 2 nights.

Elevators weren’t working. Tell them to vacuum the halls, add lights and pick stuff up. Staff acts like they don’t want to be there.. Weird for a Hilton. specially for that much money.

Very old hotel, needs a complete refurbishment. Cleaning service was really bad. The whole place was not up to the standard of the money you pay.

The location is stunning.

Been to the hotel many times over the years. To allow a hotel that was once of the highest standards, in the location it’s in, to deteriorate to its current standard, everybody involved should be ashamed of themselves. I know it’s due a renovation in May 2023, but who makes the decision to not clean the rooms, public spaces and pool? And not refill the hand wash in the public toilets, ever? Yes, €1500 a night and band aids, hair bobbles, hair, cups, straws, general dirt in the pool left there for several days? And I’ll say it again. No hand wash in the toilets/restrooms. Absolute madness. The foreign staff (from Moldova, Hungary and Haiti) were all top notch. The US staff I wouldn’t have cleaning the toilets in McDonalds. Rude, standoffish, and behaviour as though trained for conflict. In a 5 star hotel. Truly bizarre.
