Front desk person was not very helpful. Snide. I expected more service from a Holiday Inn Express. Free parking would have been nice when the room was $250! Terrible value.

Easy access to airport .. shuttle pickup / drop off very prompt, drivers very helpful, personable.

the staff was excellent, especially Josh. very welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. nice, comfy and cozy room with a great bed and bathroom

Low water/shower pressure. It took almost five minutes for the water to heat to shower temperature.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Hotel staff provided name of limo driver to Airport.
Web site says 24/7 shuttle; not so. It starts at 4 am; a bit close for very early flights.
