It was the worst HolidayInn I’ve ever stayed in. The cleaning crews left dirty linens piled up in the hall while cleaning multiple rooms. The walls, flooring, lighting were dirty, dark and beyond needing updated.

Location, sentimental value from several past stays.
The jacuzzi needs work. The weed smell in the room! The lamp shades need changing, the salt air is rusting the metal framing of the lamp shades.

Good location direct access onto the beach
The front of house staff were miserable
The cleaning standard was very poor and did not restock coffee
The bar staff refused to serve us at 9pm even though they were standing around doing nothing
There was a bad smell in the corridors

The pool and downstairs lobby was very nice and well maintained.
The bed was quite hard and I also paid for a room upgrade to get a pool view prior to my stay and once we got into the room we noticed that the room was on the “pool side” but since it was on the 2nd floor, we actually only got a view of the ACs and the roof. Was disappointed in that since it was my birthday weekend and didn’t get the view I was expecting/paid for. Also the TV in the bedroom would turn on if you were trying to turn the other one off in the living area.

Ms Brenda, housekeeping, was excellent
On Saturday morning we had a different cleaning crew, 4th floor. They did bare minimum. Did not make beds, did not clean floors, took out the trash, picked up dirty towels from the floor and left a few replacements on the sink counter (didn’t resupply 100% and had to go to front desk to get more towels and bath floor mat), did not resupply cups or tea or coffee or drink condiments. I had two rooms, the floor had sand on it which was not there when my family members left the room to enjoy the beautiful weather. I reported these concerns to the front desk

THE FURNITURE WAS OUTDATED. LAMPSHADE HAD RUST SPOTS ON THEM AROUND THE TOP.

The room was clean he says he gave me an upgrade to a different room the other staff was friendly
When checked in first I asked for a oceanfront room he was very rude to tell me that there are no more rooms his name was Ehman and he said that I can move into an ocean front the next day he wasn't there that day of course the girl said there are no rooms available for u to move to and he needs to check his personal hygiene being at the front desk

I liked how close was to shops things I liked pool the ocean.loved the huge room and view from it
Breakfast was ok
Didn't like foid at restraunt talking about dinner
Didn't like that there was hardly any parking at the hotel
Didn't like big price tag for two nights didn't like that really no towels offered for room

My room was down sized without my knowledge i recieved no calll or anything i canceled my hubby and i were celebrating our marriage and it was dissapointing

Close to beach.
High note. 400 a nite. no one cleaned our room on a four nite stay. Service in restaurant was long and slow. Loud people running through the halls all nite.

That it was a little further from the Boardwalk than I wanted to be but it was a very nice place to stay and I would stay there again in the furture.

I love the room with the jacuzzi it was a beautiful relaxing scenery for a much-needed get away the staff was wonderful
The cafe could have had a little more assistance I waited about 20 minutes for breakfast but the food was good staff was friendly so it really didn't deter me from coming back again

The individual who primarily cleaned the room daily was exceptional. Young individual with a great personality and not only detailed in her cleaning but also did so quickly and efficiently. The older gentlemen cleaning the entrance and floors by elevator etc was also very efficient. You need more like him.
Your location is not as good as hoped for. Yes, access to beach was great but the environment around hotel with some renovating quickly after hurricane damage while others struggling to make repairs to their buildings. Wasn't pleased booking room that overlapped biker week. Giving them access to parking closest to hotel and then them arriving later in evening the noise was pretty loud. You need to control those birds that create the mess on balconies, fly all over the place needs to be controlled. Trying to have something to eat day 1 and having some birds close by waiting for food to be dropped not the greatest environment on vacation.

Bathroom floor aint clean 6/10. I book a ocean view and they put me on the 2nd floor with something block the view

staff was nice and it was clean
location - beach felt unsafe, hotel very crowded due to convention - no access to beach from pool- had to walk around and access public entrance, charged additional 30 for parking making it around 200/night which is way overpriced for this old hotel - this was a stopover on our way to port Canaveral for a cruise - wont stop in this area again
