room cleanliness, overall staff friendliness

When checking (early 06:00) the receptionist could not check us out and also was not able to arrange a taxi for us to go to the airport, we had to use uber in the end. We were told that we should have informed them the previous day to arrange a cab.It seemed to be too much effort to help us which was pretty poor.

Everything was exceptionally clean, the rooms and the hotel itself look like they are brand new. it’s in a very quiet area with tons of food and shopping. and still very close to downtown without being in downtown. also the food on property was surprisingly phenomenal. not your usual hotel food.

really no complaints. we truly had one of the best stays we’ve ever had.

Parking cost

Very rude front desk. I asked about their parking pricing and how on their website it says if you book their executive new modem room that the parking will be covered. When asked about this they said that may or may not be true and that I would need to go back to the basement and ask the parking folks as it’s another company. I really didn’t expect that lack of communication. The hotel is also trying to be fancy but it’s not. Stay at the St. Regis if you go to ATL.
