That we were close to family that lives in the area.

The pool was closed. No mention of it at reservation time. Didn't know til we had over $500 in 2 nights and no where to go that had a pool.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. As I was checking in, I was informed that it was my lucky day because I was updated to a suite at no added cost and the room felt like home!

The rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and the breakfast was excellent.

When I first arrived, I was told that my room would not be ready until 4 o’clock. Check in time is 3 PM. So I was told that I would be getting an upgraded room. Upon going up to our room we first noticed that our beds didn’t have any linens on them. Then we went to check out the bathrooms there were two of them, both of them had human feces in the toilet. The room obviously was not cleaned or attended to. So I called the front desk and told them everything they said they would get me a new room immediately. When the clerk delivered the new room keys to me, she apologized saying that I would smell weed when I got off of the elevator. She told me that she went to check on her new room and everything was in order. It was much better however there were coffee grounds covering the sink. It was an embarrassing experience to say the least I would not recommend staying Here.

Over all friendly staff and clean room. I was disappointed when arriving and then being informed the pool could not be used. This should have been communicated before checking in.
