Bugs in room, stains on sheets…did not stay. Still have not received a refund, I keep getting the run around from both Booking and IHG.

Only one elevator was working and it was slow. The water in the bathroom was incredibly slow to warm up.

No breakfast was offered. I didn’t really like anything about the hotel.
The reason I booked this hotel was because it advertised for shuttle service to the airport. Upon arrival the shuttle was not working, which required me to book an Uber to the airport. The Hotel reeked of marijuana. The hotel pool and hot tub were disgusting. One of the elevators was broken. The floors were filthy. During the course of the night, the conjoined room was trying to finagle the lock into my room at around 1 to 3 AM. The whole experience was very unpleasant and I did not feel safe.

the room smelled horribly like mildew and mold. had to buy air freshners for the room and was out the dresser drawers with bleach because they smelled so badly of mold that we couldn’t put our clothes in the drawers

No hot water and said non available for 24 hrs, when we arrived and wasn’t told in advance, wanted to charge $100 non-refundable fee for my King Charles- that’s ridiculous for a one night stay! Ended up not staying at this place and probably never Holiday inn in the future - we stated at a hotel right down the road and they had hot water and only charged $20 for my dog

When i booked my trip, booking.com said that i have to pay 20 every night for my dog. When i reached rhe hotel they charged me 107 non refundable for my dog. I dont like the hidden charges

we couldnt get any breakfast as we had to leave for airport at 6:30... i wish they would have accomodated us with some yogurt or cereal the night before to take to our room, but they said they couldn't.
we scheduled the shuttle for a trip to airport, but never showed, thankfully the staff called an uber for us. that was nice.

The breakfast was good, not great but good. The desk, janitorial, and shuttle staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel felt safer than most in that area of town.
The Monterey Chicken Breast portion was extremely small. All the staff there was very friendly but the bartender was lazy and inattentive. He was too busy flirting with desk clerk that was on break and watching tv. I would suggest cleaning windows throughout the hotel better or more often.

nice room, close to airport
stated they had airport shuttle. when contacted them after our flight, put me on hold for 13 minutes then hung up on me. tried to call back no answer. I ended up having to get Lyft to get to motel. They even say on their phone recording they offer airport shuttles. Had to pay for breakfast, which wasn’t much to it
