Was in late at 11:30pm and out early at 7am for work so didn't do anything but go to room and sleep and leave.

The front desk staff is not trained well. I am a single female that came in late at night to an area I am not familiar with. The front desk staff provided basic information and then when asked questions about more got agitated. I then got agitated because I was uncomfortable and that is why I needed those other questions answered. I am in the furthest building. Exterior entrance. Wasn't told where the door was or the elevator. Sort of this is the building have a good night. I then stated I had a long drive and I am having a bit of a fear response right now and this is not personal on you but I need you to help me. The reality is as much as he was awful and made my stay horrible he just clearly isn't trained well on customer service. Even when an experienced person can articulate for him why I am anxious. He should have had empathy. He should know how to control his emotions. He should be able to put himself in others shoes and see why once I saw where I was staying I was really uncomfortable.

The location was great and the breakfast also was very good. The pool was very nice and plenty of sunbeds available. It was also great to be able to rent free of charge the chairs/umbrellas/towels for the beach. The beach was very close and easily reachable. Great laundry facility with fast machines and detergent available to purchase at reception which was really convenient. The room and bathroom were lovely and we were in the new building so it was all very up to date and comfortable. The room and bathroom were very spacious.

The breakfast was only on till 10 on weekends and 9.30 weekdays. While people were still eating the food was taken away and guests were upset and didn't finish eating yet. It should be left out until at least what was put out on the tables already could be finished as it can't even be reheated. Everything was cleared at 9.30 on the dot which every guest was shocked about and many left hungry. Also more shade should be provided at the pool as there are only 4 umbrellas on the tables in the corners and they were always occupied so I couldn't get shade at all by the pool for my 2 small children so we couldn't use the pool really during the day in hot hours.

where to begin, first room, which we were informed was newly remodeled, main door didn't shut, smelled like mold, barn door didn't stay closed, had cardboard shimming it. moved to new room. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. black mold in shower. black mold by air conditioner. informed staff, was informed that they are closing and tearing the place apart that building in two weeks. It is in such bad shape it needs to be ripped apart, but was okay to rent to us two week before. cold shower, which didn't drain. rock hard bed. entire place should be razed and rebuilt. NOT up to Holiday Inn standards. awful. triggered my asthma and my daughter's. will never stay agian.

was not aware of how many guests would have dogs in rooms and they would be allowed in pool. nothing against dogs and we were never bothered by any but a recommendation would be to have all guests with dogs stay in rooms in one of the buildings.

Everything was amazing from the check in, to Amanda at the front desk being very accomodating as we had a time difference in our flight. the housekeeping staff keeping the grounds nice and always asking if we needed anything. we used beach chairs for our beach day which was really nice.

the cost did not seem appropriate. it is honestly an average hotel and at roughly 250/ night the value is not really there. The pool is nice, but no hot tub.
