Location was ok didn't try breakfast

Was charged a 50 dollar deposit that wasn't expected. Then when open door to room smelt like a hamster cage could hear the rodents crawling in the walls and ceiling all night. Bed side lamps did not shut off had to unscrew bulbs. Tv remote did not work either.

Not a great place to stay unfortunately strong odor of cannabis throughout the night, the headboard fell off the wall and the toilet clogged and the staff was not able to find the only plunger that they have for the whole hotel so we had to use the general bathroom downstairs, definitely would not come back again.

although I requested housekeeping many times, i didn't have any housekeeping for my room all the 9 nights. plus i checked out one day earlier, but i didn't receive the refund. i supposed to check out on March 21st, 2023 but actually I checked out on March 20th, 2023 please refund one day

Nothing at all this place should not even be open.

Booked a king deluxe room and got a twin full bed instead, the place was dirty. Carpets as you walked in the hallway were dirty like they have not been vacuumed for weeks, stairway to the second level was nasty and dirty, got a different room because the first had ceiling paint chips falling in the shower, went to the front desk and got another room, that was wurst it was so bad, had holes in the bedsheet, and the mattress spring made loud sounds, mattresses are like 20 years old, if I was doing an inspection on the place I would have shut it down I will never stay there again.

the room I booked wasn’t available, they offered me an expensive room, instead saying for no extra charge, they said I should pay more, so I decided to get a two beds room and actually the two beds room was cheaper but they charged the same price, I should have been reimbursed but red roof only wanted it’s own benefit.

Booked 2 rooms, 1 with 2 double beds, 1 with king size bed. They gave our room away and gave us 2 to rooms with 2 double beds and didn't contact us. One room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana and my kids smelled like it. Toilet paper role holder falling out of wall, asked for extra towels, didn't get them, 2 broken remotes, the lights were broken, shower curtain didn't close and worst of all there was no heat!!!! Terrible experience
