Location was good.

There was mold in the bathroom as well as on the pull down shade in window in the room. The phone did not work and the TV was blue tinted with a streak. The manager Randy showed little to no concern that regarding these issues and stated that the TV had been fixed by maintenance. Nothing had been fixed and I asked him politely to please accompany me upstairs and he could see for himself. He simply stated "No." I was quite dumbfounded. His only option for me that i could check out. I had called IHG and they just kept referring me back to the manager. Unfortunately I loved this chain of hotels but it had become a chain of horrors as a result of my stay. IHG did absolutely nothing to support me as a customer. A very small discount was given for 2 nights but not the first night. All I was looking for was even a small gesture of courtesy from the management but I received absolutely none. The manager was rude and IHG was completely absent despite pictures, emails etc.
