This is a beautiful apartment. Location is exceptional, very close to the station and right in the center of Lugano. The view is exceptional and the apartment is large enough for a family.
But there are some drawbacks. There are air-conditioning units in the apartment; but they do not work! So we needed to open the large windows. Because there are no screens, all the mosquitos come in immediately. Either it is too hot in the apartment or either we suffer the bites of the mosquitos!
We had plumbing problems. We had only hot water in the shower and the bath. This is not what "Lugano Luxury" should be.
There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment. How come a luxury apartment, right in the city center, be offered without Wi-Fi today? We need Wi-Fi to plan our trips and visits.
Check-in was not at the apartment so we got no explanation on several features of the apartment.
This should be a five star apartment but it was not for our stay.
