The location
The hotel was old and the AC wasn’t working our entire stay. WiFi only worked in certain areas and PowerPoints in the business areas were faulty

The location was great for the event that I was attending.

Upon arrival, staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very nice and clean. Room was very clean, but had some areas that needed maintenance attention. Overall, stay was very pleasant.

Good location. Pillows were good.
So run down. The windows shake due to the wind and the shower curtain was tearing apart and disgusting. MAKE UPGRADES!!! Way too expensive for the state of the rooms.

I asked the front desk to tell maids to make the beds and clean the room and they didn't. It was fold in the room had a draft of cold wind at night

The location
The carpet in the room was disgusting, the humidity in the room gave my wife and daughter allergies. Only one day was OK the breakfast, the rest of the days it was not worth having breakfast there. I requested late check out to the staff and they denied it. My room was not cleaned during my entire stay, that is unacceptable.
