My room did not appear to be fully and properly cleaned. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty. The shower doors were not clean. The soaps provided were completely empty. I found clothing, not mine under the bed along with a rubber ball. Need a housekeeper monitor to ensure proper cleaning.

I would have liked to see a gluten free option for breakfast (bread or bagel). Also, on the second morning the only flavor yogurt available was strawberry. I asked if there were any more vanilla yogurts, but I was told that they were out of vanilla.

Both the body wash in the shower and the hand wash by the sink were empty.
