I did not like anything

The front desk that tried to extort a $50 deposit even though my room was paid in full prior. The room that smelled musty, a A/C so old I was afraid to use, bed spread with cigarette burns in it, furniture that was beat up and falling apart, a unusable chair with dried bodily fluid on it, a mattress that was as soft as a slab of concrete. Electrical issues.. the only plug that kept power after lights were off was occupied by the TV, 10ft from the bed, dresser, etc . So no charging the phone. Speaking of phone, the room phone has light but no dial tone, so I unplugged it, then plugged it back in and got dial tone but it would not hang up... so I had to disconnect phone to avoid annoying phone off the hook warning.. so I had no communication with front desk or emergency services through room phone. The location is literally off the freeway and the main street exiting the freeway. Both within 100 ft of the building, needless to say, there was noise all night, but that's not all that keeps you awake at this location, no.. that's blamed on the numerous druggies, tweakers, hookers, pimps, dealers that hang out on the out skirt of the building outside the rooms near the parking.

I liked the friendly customer service Maid was cordial.

Room was poorly kept, hole in the wall. Room smelled like mildew or something like cigarette smoke. Asked for my room to be tidy when I return in the afternoon and it wasn’t.

The security is very poor at the motel during my stay of 2 weeks my room was broken into twice and motel refused to provide the video footage!

The motel does not allow paid guests access to video tapes when security issues! Motel tapes over video tapes after 10 days!
