I stayed twice in this accommodation, the first time I had no problems, but the second time I decided that I will never return to this hotel.

I made my reservation on Wednesday for Saturday. I paid in advance, I drove for 5 hours, when I arrived at the hotel, they simply said they didn't have my reservation. Summary: they rented my room to another customer, and they didn't care about me. I had to look for another hotel in the city at 11pm, and paying a lot for it, when I called to solve it on the website, they didn't want to charge me, and they didn't care about my situation.

Staff barely spoke to us. Didn’t tell us our room number. Heard other guests report no hot water in rooms and staff response was “it’s hot out, cold showers are better” people loitering in hall and outside hotel. Staff did not acknowledge us at arrival or departure.

The toilet seat was broken. Both bed headboards were torn apart.

We liked the size of the beds. looked and felt like queens instead of full. Comfortable as well.

We weren’t fond of almost anything. Property states it’s remodeled but looks honestly run down. Almost no one staying in building but they gave us a room really far away from lobby, we had to walk a lot. We initially booked for 2 nights but ended up decreasing our stay because of this and the room smelled like food during our whole stay. Have no idea why. Probably the Restaurant they had .:. But Restaurant was far away from the room so maybe it was improper ventilation? — our view was the back parking lot. They had really small conditioner/ shampoo/hand soap samples instead of the ones were used to from other Holiday Inns. Front desk and restaurant employees were really young starting out. No coffee all day like other holiday inns as well. No breakfast included either (never heard of that one before). Pool was not clean and had no stairs to enter pool only 2 small latters which were broken and missing steps. Ceilings looked like there was a water problem going on. Black color. Ice machine was broken. Everything was a disappointment tbh. I don’t think we’ll be here again any time soon. We believed positive reviews and gave it a try but we were not satisfied and felt like it wasn’t value for our money.
