Convenient location

The room could’ve been cleaner. Floors need to be swept. Saw leftover food on the floor. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. There was plenty of space.

The location was good

My room smelled like cat and there was 2 roaches in my bathroom I called the front desk the next morning to complain the person said they would send housekeeper we didn't need how we needed a new room they didn't have any rooms to move us I told them when I checked out yesterday I was calling to speak to management inwas so unhappy I had to put my stuff back in my car so I didn't have any roaches trying to climb in my bag I would never stay there again any there was alot of people that live in there keep coming out there room it was a very uncomfortable situation

Didn't like anything about the hotel.

Ihad no fridge or microwave when i went and asked the front desk the lady was rude and nasty and said that what you get the rooms with fridge cost more. then when i went to use the bathroom there was dry blood on the floor and hair again the front desk refused to do anything.

The booking said they would have a microwave and fridge and we requested a handicapped room.. After we checked in and got to our room there was no microwave or fridge. Went to the front desk and was told that not all rooms have microwaves and refrigerators( but the website states they do) Asked for another room with a refrigerator and microwave but there was not a handicapped room available so we left and requested a refund.
