The staff was very nice.

The bed was terrible. Looks comfortable and then when 2 people go to sleep, you both slide into the middle as there is a big hole in the center...not good! Breakfast was mediocre at best. Powdered eggs....umm yum! Shower was very hot at times and did not adjust well. A younger child could be scalded.

The check in staff, while not rude, was not friendly or helpful. Told us nothing about the hotel or even the best was to get to our room. The bed sagged so much we had to use the extra pillows from sinking into the middle.

Very impressive. Clean, all the staff was professional and smiling like the really loved their job

The breakfast was great. Better than any other best western we stayed at before.

Outside room was very loud with traffic noise. There were inside rooms available but it wasn’t offered to us. The room itself had major issues. The tub floor felt like it was collapsing and the handle was coming off the wall. It was very uncomfortable to shower staying on the edge of the tub. The electrical had major issues. The TV, microwave, lights and coffeemaker was all on one plug. When using the microwave it flamed up which was a fire hazard not to mention the room could have caught fire.
