The breakfast was excellent. The staff was attentive and personable. Our stay was very pleasant.
Our room was set up for guests with special needs which was not necessary for us.

Location to the White River Amphitheater.
The AC didn't work. Deliveries at 2 am outside the window. Garbage pickup at 4 AM outside the window. Maintenance activities all evening/morning long below room.

the noise level outside of the room could be alleviated by doors being sealed at bottom of the door

I liked that a convience store, coffee shops located walking distance
the front desk lady when we checked in was not the nicest, the bed was off it’s foundation ( reported this as I left). trains were really noisy.

property was in a nice location and has a nice breakfast
half the lights in the room didn’t work, the shower made weird “popping” sound the entire night and the mini fridge didn’t seem to work
