Beds were decent.
The parking is inconvenient. The parking cost $40 a day initially so you think the room price is a good price but you might as well add $40 to the daily rate. The sheets were stained, towels were stained and felt like drying off with sand paper. There's not a big selection of food or restaurants close by.

Lauren was excellent and deserves to be promoted ahead of her peers! Her knowledge of the area was awesome. Tally’s was the food hit of our stay in Tulsa.
The shower wasn’t very strong. Food at restaurant was mediocre. There are only a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Parking was difficult and there was no valet service. The bar didn’t have a blender so no margaritas. No dining room just a corner of the bar. No room service so we Ubered to various restaurants.

It was a beautiful property. Was clean and the staff was extremely friendly

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were great and the gentleman driving the shuttle was amazing.
We had one of the cleaning staff try to come in our room at 8:30 in the morning unannounced. I was getting ready to get in the shower and it was definitely a shock to me.

The hall light flickered like it was a bad ballast. The bathtub faucet dripped constantly. I attempted to stop it but it wouldn’t.
Paying for parking is too expensive for what we paid for the room.

The sheets need to show a little more, that they are clean, and that they have more towels .

Did not get the room we booked. Room $275 plus $25 to park per day. Air conditioning broke in our room. Breakfast extra $17 Really bad experience

The location was fantastic and exactly what we needed for our competition schedule at the conference center. The staff at the coffee bar handled the crowds so well, and I could tell they were getting a little overwhelmed. They were so nice to me when I finally got to order, after they were supposed to be finished for the morning. I appreciate their kindness greatly.
We understand that the natural disaster that occurred the weekend of Father's Day while we were there was not something anyone could control, however, some communication with guests about what to do while the sirens were going off would have been nice. We were left not knowing what to do or where to go and on the 17th floor with everything shaking. Our children were scared.

It was terrible- I selected this place as it had breakfast included….. it was not included and it was no where near worth the $17 I had to pay extra for it. Food was cold and unappetizing.
My room was not the one I booked- online I reviewed pictures of the rooms and styles to make sure I had one we wanted. A bedroom with a separate living area style suite. What I got was t even close and when I asked the staff they didn’t believe me. Kept telling me it was the same room even when I showed the pictures online.

My tub had hair in it (wasn't mine)and wasn't clean something that looked like blood was on the back of the bathroom door.

We did not have breakfast on site. Location was fine for our purposes. Easy walk to concert at BOK and we had a var to get to various neighborhoods.
Time to return to cleaning rooms at least every 2 days.

Staff wasnt friendly, housekeeping only came by once on our whole floor during the 4 days we were there. Cleaniliness if the hotel was poor. The pool was disgusting and not clean at all. Hot tub was green with some type of film on top.

Breakfast wasn’t included like it had said. Our shower water was cold it took 5-10 minutes to actually warm up.

Not any good spots for my dog to do her business. A potty patch would have made taking her out much less stressful.
