After the concert it would have been nice to go back to the bar but it was closed

Easy walk to several locations and the rooms were very spacious. In ours we could even see the cruise port.

The sink in the bathroom came off while I was in the shower it wasn't screwed on

Staff was rude, kitchen staff were fighting in front of us, ice machines broke, not enough towels, don't pay for breakfast, or is a joke. Don't go to the restaurant at all. The room only cools down so much as they have it set that way. The sky lite was closed and the hotel is not near a beach.

we paid for breakfast and when we got there they said they were too busy and it would be a long time before they could help us. there was 4 people in there

Staff did not clean room and leave us fresh towels and coffee for our room. Our tub drain stopped up and I could not take a shower on our last morning there because of that issue.

Location was fantastic and our room was clean and comfortable.
the advertised sky view lounge was not open during our stay except for the few hours we went to the concert at night. called the front desk to be told would open shortly and 2.5hrs later still closed.

They told me I had to pay extra for breakfast which was disappointing because it said it was included in the price but the location was perfect because we were there for Mardi Gras and the parades go right by
The fact we didn't have breakfast even though I paid for it, they originally booked me the wrong room and the front desk manager was very rude

The location and the circular rooms.
They don't clean the rooms daily. And even after I requested it, it took them two days to clean it. A little bit expensive for what you get.

good location to convention center
no parking. circled the lot 3x then ended up parking in a garage and got a boot on my car. cost me $100 to get it removed and 3 hours waiting for the police, downtown mobile alliance and the boot company to come remove the boot. really was a downer for the trip.
