Clean room, friendly staff and location

The staff were all very welcoming, helpful and happily answered any questions that I had. Special mentions for Dee Dee and China at the front desk, but honestly, all staff members were charming and a joy to interact with. Our room was exactly as advertised (we had a one bedroom suite), meaning that we could work and relax. The Wi-Fi internet was also good enough for my husband and I to both conduct individual meetings while we were on holiday. I used the Fitness Room a few times and was glad that it was there. Also, the courtesy washing machine and driers were added bonuses. And free coffee on tap! Being located so near to shops and restaurants was wonderful as we hadn't hired a car for our trip.

Even though we knew not to expect regular housekeeping due to our extended stay, it would have been nice to have had an option - or have been told - to have our room cleaned during our visit. I washed the hotel towels with my own wash (I know that I could have just asked for clean towels at reception, but decided to add the hotel's towels to my own washing load. So in the 20 days that we stayed, our room was never cleaned. It's true that we were often in the room, but we could have easily vacated it for this purpose.

The bed was very comfortable. You have to like soft bed and pillows and I do. The mattress was like sleeping on a huge soft pillow.

The room smells very musty. I have a cough now. They didn't vacuum the floors well. Cleanliness needs work.the staff was friendly at check in/out. Small parking lot. I did not use kitchen area either except a coffee cup. All the dishes were in the dishwasher and not in cabinets.

The room was not properly cleaned. Dried food in the table, debris on the carpet. The bathroom floor was sticky, and the whole room smelled of smoke.

Clean and safe. Great location.

You are not able to open the windows fully. I understand why. But missed having the cool breezes at night. Instead of using the AC.

Nasty. Dirty. Unkept. Rundown probably foreign owned. Reminds me of a one hour motel where you might take a one hour female
