The bedding, including the linen, duvet & especially the pillows, were amazing!!!
We actually ordered ourselves the same linen for our home online this morning!

Property is very well located with direct access to the beach and close to main activities in Myrtle Beach.
I really didn't dislike anything worth of bringing up.

We love the friendliness of the staff, good food, happy hour, and that you can be oceanfront! Nice hot tub too!
The swimming pool is not heated at all. Too cold

Property was great right on beach and staff friendly
The directions were confusing they listed on Booking that it was in Myrtle Beach it’s Surfside beach… so that meant it took forever to find Desk staff helpful but Booking staff didn’t have info we needed

Check in personally not friendly. Young white guy no hospitality. The room provide not cleaned , appeared that other people still in room. Bath room fan did not work
Service personnel worked on fire alarm , while we were getting dressed. Wife had to go in bath room to get dressed. They could not wait 30 min to work on room.

It was clean and not too far from any attractions. I love that it is off the main road so it’s not a lot of traffic.
The bar closed too early, the pool need to be updated and you need to offer free breakfast.

Hotel was filthy ! Office Manager was rude unprofessional! Manager over her was rude ! Very inconsiderate! Door would not lock in beginning!
Housekeeping was unprofessional! Please stay away

It’s such a nice hotel, I love the live music, the food, the staff are so so friendly and it’s so close to the beach!
The elevators are so small. I wish they had a water dispenser outside at the pool too

Under construction, dirty, or ice machines all out of order but 2, elevator broken, kitchen under staffed and closed early. Not worth the stay.

The staff were very welcoming. Our room was nice and cozy. We loved that it was right on the beach. The area was very quiet as well. We will definitely love to come back!
The hotel was undergoing many renovations so most areas were blocked off or unavailable. I do understand that renovations need to be done so I don’t really hold that against them. The staff did their best to make accommodations for these.

sadly they were remodeling at the time so we couldnt use the pool or the hot tub and the bar was closed.

The nightshift desk man, seemed like he didn't want to be bothered or do his job. Had an excuse for everything we asked him.
