The room was teeny tiny, with an even smaller bathroom, and in the back corner of the building with no view. I also paid $60 to check in early, but when we arrived, there were no rooms ready or available. We requested additional towels, but there were none available, and while there is a laundry room on site, you can only pay with coins, but there was no coin machine and the front office did not have any coins. Also, who wants to do laundry on vacation? The cost of the stay was entirely too high for the quality, or lack thereof, of the stay.

Didn't like the treatment from staff at front desk. When arrived no towels were in rooms, no ice bucket. After requesting for towels we were told they didn't have any...Had to find a icebucket from someone else's room.Never answer phones from room.

We enjoy the pool and lazy river. We also like the three bedroom cottage. Any concerns we had were taken addressed in proper time- minus our towels request.

We are return customers, we really enjoy the cottage but this time around we didn't have any cookware, the shower drain in the main bedroom was always backed up, that bed is also broken, and the toilet flushes slow in the same bathroom, and we had trouble getting towels.

The staff was rude the manager Jennifer had an attitude and walked away from me while I was talking the other lady had attitude as well. The room took forever to be ready after traveling for 5 long hrs. The maids should come by the rooms more often instead of leaving the tasks until check out time which would make it a lot faster to get the next paying customers in their room sooner.

Beachfront King Suite-awesome vacation! the staff were friendly and the suite was very relaxing. the beautiful Atlantic Ocean was just a few steps from our room.

Breakfast was not what we expected. no meat selections and bagel choices were very limited. I would have liked a small gift shop to purchase a tshirt.

We drove from CT to SC- the receptionist Reggie was very sweet and allowed us to check in a bit early as we were exhausted from driving 14 hours straight. I truly appreciate that. This is the second time I come to myrtle beach and stay at this exact hotel in less than 7 months. I love this hotel and I always recommend it to anyone traveling to myrtle beach. I loved everything. From the pools, to the staff, the breakfast, the rooms EVERYTHING.

The rooms was clean and the staff seemed nice.

I really hated that it was not ocean front like it was suppose to be, crossing the road with kids was not easy. The parking was tight for a larger car, the lazy river pool was not like the pictures at all. I felt like the hotel was not what was advertised.

Even though it wasn’t on the beach, we had a great view. Very clean and staff was friendly!

I really enjoy that they had a larger fridge then most hotel room. They are pet friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. It's a good hotel for the price/value.

I didn't know that they had two locations. To get ocean view you have to make sure that you select that. We stayed at the main location which had limited ocean view and you had to cross the street to get to the beach.

Room was tiny. Not as pictured on your website. Not oceanfront. Room smelled, bathroom dirty and all tv channels were fuzzy.

it had bugs as well as customer service was very rude. Me and my sister booked together I was charged an additional fee when I asked front desk basically said she didn’t know why and left it at that. Another guest checking out also said there where bugs in his room front desk told him take it up with who he booked with due to he booked online there was nothing that could be done. Big spider in sick could have bit someone we took pictures front desk acted as if she didn’t want to hear it. laughed in my face when I asked for manger very rude customer service!

everything, the location was not oceanfront, misleading on booking.com, the lobby was to small , the room felt like an 8x10 box with to much stuff crammed in it! we could hardly walk around in the space or turn around in the bathroom. how was it called a luxury line?!

This was perfect for us, access to the sparsely used beach was great with a year-old puppy who’d been in the car all day. It was close to everything we needed for a one night stay, nearby food and good beds with the sound of the ocean to lull us to sleep. The full-sized refrigerator/freezer was much appreciated. In fact there was a full sized stove as well. The coffee service was very good with a kitchen sink right there.

There were pans and dishes and utensils in the room, but no way to wash them. There was no tea offered in the room. The breakfast was minimal. The orange juice was good.
