Convenient location and nice pool area with fire pits.
We didn’t like the location of our room and our door didn’t close properly, you could see outside from the side of the door. The toilet constantly made noise all night. And after one shower, you have no more hot water. We were advised that the room was renovated, however, replacing a sink and shower floor is not renovated.

The heating/air unit in our room(112) was very noisy and appeared to have trouble starting and running. Needs repair or replaced.

I liked the location, the view, the event that was going on in the village.
The walls were very thin, I could here my neighbor sneezing and what conversation they were having.

Beautiful location. Right on Lake George. Bar and fire pit area which was part of the hotel that overlooked the lake. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in the downtown area.
Room was clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Comfortable beds. Pretty quiet for being in such a busy area. It’s an older hotel but very we’ll maintained. Would return. Good value.
Many of the hotels in this area offered a complimentary breakfast. This one did not.

The view was of the pool and we could see the lake it was a nice location, the first night our TV didn't work, the staff came right up and ended up getting us a new TV, they were very professional and friendly.
During the 1st evening about 4:30 in the morning, we smelled something like rubber burning, it slowly went away so we thought it was outside, that evening we were a little chilly and we turned the heat up, we smelled the same smell, I messaged the staff, this time it took more than 15 minutes did not get a response, my husband went up to the office, ( they were busy ) explained what was going on a guy came down and said oh cause the heat hadn't been on this season it was just something that burnt off, he turned heat up to 91 and left, the heater never warmed up and only blew cool air, it was obvious this guy didn't even want to bother. We shut the heat off and didn't bother telling them until we left. The guy that came for the heat was not the guys who came for the TV. Different staff, if that person didn't want to bother he shouldn't be working there....

Breakfast was good. Perhaps fresh fruit should be on the menu.
There were no hooks for towels in the bathroom area. Another chair to sit in would also have been appreciated.

The location was awesome. The pool area, bar and food were great. The bed was comfortable.

It was really a wonderful, updated location. We were comfortable and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you! We will be back again!
House keeping came in to get our linens before we were checked out. That’s my only negative. I found that odd as I wasn’t expecting them.

The property was nice the rooms were clean.
This is a good place for families with children. It was my one year anniversary and it definitely was not a quiet or romantic place. We were also not allowed to smoke outside our room which I assume is because of all the children here.
