it was clean and the staff was friendly

the tv didn’t work and when we went to complain literally nobody got back to us. the phone also didn’t work my husband had to walk down to the front desk.

Good location, a large comfortable room, and very pleasant beds. The walk-in accessible shower had pleasing pressure and use. The breakfast was very good, and the cinnamon rolls were tasty.

The shower valve handle was inoperable when we first tried it. The maintenance person repaired it quickly. High priced.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly.

More lighting in the room and minor cosmetic fixes would make this place perfect.

Very clean; so convenient to the hospital! Location is great; very easy access to the freeway. My Mother is in Methodist University Hospital and this is my third stay in the last two weeks.

The room was in the corner and it was very small with an old odor.

I've paid 3x more for a room and the the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Here the bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable 😌 😴 Everything was pretty decent. Staff were a delight.....especially the staff member that handles breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.....came from Dallas.

I didn't like the fact there were no fans in the bathroom. It gets really hot in there. Basically you need to keep the door open and I was there with my Aunt. We love our privacy!

location was perfect for us. Close enough to downtown and to medical office we had appointment at. it was very clean. Breakfast included wide variety of hot options. it was not just a continental breakfast. Staff very nice.

It was close to the hospital and the staff were nice.

I was not able to get much sleep because the fire alarms went off multiple times throughout the night.

We have stayed here several times. The staff are always amazing and really make you feel welcome. Great breakfast, good facilities and just up the road from Sun Studio!
