The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. I was impressed how nice this Best Western was, especially the breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Mrs Tina manager was excellent helping me she went above and beyond to help me when I had a little issue with my booking. she was very thoughtful and nice and kind and made it so I got a hotel room. The service was excellent and I promise to return to the hotel premier

Upon arriving the front desk associate greeted us and was very pleasant. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was clean, and spacious. Also, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, one of the best I've had in the past two years at an hotel. Additionally, we enjoyed the pool and the patio.

Location to savannah, GA. The manager was great when the power went out. We sat in the lobby with her and other guest. She kept us entertained to say the least.

The pillows are too soft, need more face towels in bathroom.

Shuttle to airport did not start until 6:00 and had a 7:00 am flight...the manager said he would get someone to come in earlier to take us -he never did this. Taxi set up by front desk, never showed.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. We didn't take the breakfast though it was included. Wifi was on and off.

The room was comfortable. It was easy to regulate the temperature in the room. The AC/heat was very quiet. The room was immaculate. The staff were very welcoming from Gracey at check in to Tina at check out. Breakfast was amazing. Best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had. There was something for everyone. Eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, grits, fruit, cereal, yogurt and more.

There was nothing to dislike.

The room was nice

No hot tub or jacuzzi, pool was cloudy. Restaurant was closed and food and soda was very limited. Front desk staff was nice but housekeeping staff was horrible.

I like the location and the updated rooms.

the construction on the roof, the water in the sink and tub took forever to drain, the tv didn’t work in the rooms, and we have to switch rooms negus the one we had didn’t have heat.

The evening staff was very nice and so was the morning staff. And the breakfast was good as well.

When we checked into our room I pull back the covers on the bed and the sheet that you sleep on was stained with hair a dirty sweat spot and a yellow spot that looked like semen also in the bathroom there was mold all in the toilet brown stuff all in the toilet like it has never been clean the sink was Dusty the furniture in the room was Dusty and whether refrigerator at and the ice bucket on top the counter was very dirty like they didn't clean the room at all I did not enjoy my stay there me and my husband had to use Clorox wipes and spray to wipe everything down because the room was not clean and we were checked into that room the front desk agent had the security guy Ollie bring us some clean sheets to put on the bed it's very upsetting to spend $600 on a room for weekend getaway in the room is filthy also in the lobby they have a great sofa stand up really dirty really bad it just don't make sense to check into a Best Western and I have never had this kind of experience with Best Western before maybe someone in higher office need to speak with the housekeeping Department because they are definitely not doing their job very unhappy stay I deserve to have some of my money back if not all.
