The room was quite large and had a full kitchen. Very comfortable accommodation. The price was great. Very close to many restaurants

The size of the room. The fully equipped kitchen. The bed.

The layout was a bit confusing.

The small lobby smelled nice, however it’s not the type of hotel lobby you can lounge around in because it’s so small and it’s literally only the front entry area that smells decent. In the room, the bed was comfortable & it was good to have a full size refrigerator. And the first employee we came in contact with was helpful and nice when we had an issue with the air conditioning in the first room they gave us & swapped us to a different room that was working fine.

The hallways had very odd/gross smells, the elevator was extremely sketchy & we did not feel safe riding it (only rode it when necessary.. thankfully hotel is only 3 stories), and the rooms were not cleaned well and had odors. They also charged me the wrong amount, & I had to call my bank in order to get that solved for them, which also took away from my time on vacation and being able to relax with my loved one I only get to see so often. Then the hotel gave me a receipt at the end of the stay that showed they actually charged me way more than they had told me before I even called my bank about the first time they messed up. In the middle of trying to process the hotels screw up (the first time) with my bank, the hotel decided to lock us out of our room, we went and asked why our key was not working and their first response once finding out what room was “have you spoken to your bank?” When I had already called and spoken to someone previously about that situation after speaking to my bank. They had no right to lock us out & then tried to say they didn’t & then tried to blame it on how the cards would deactivate if near our phones (when they hadn’t been and we are always careful about not doing so anyway) we went back to our room with a new key card that they gave us after speaking with them, & it did not work either. They finally gave us a 3rd key card that worked. But I would not recommend staying here to anyone. It is not worth it.

The internet was not reliable to be able to work successfully during our stay

It was clean and the staff was very nice. Coffee was available 24 hours which I loved!

You could tell that it was an old building. Some things have been renovated but around the mirror looked old. The elevator was rickety and the bed was kind of small. Also it's very easy to hear walking above you.
