Location right on the river, walkable to downtown. Beautiful view right outside our window. We were upgraded to a larger room when we joined their honor program.

The hotel is being renovated, which is good... it needs it! $225 per night at this point is way too high for a room at this property. We were warned about construction noise. But wow! They were working in the room right next door and it was Loud!

There was a water leak being worked on when we arrived. Two days later, they were still working on it, and they had to turn off the water. They say they notified us of the water being turned off with a note outside our door, but it did not happen. When we got in the shower and turned the water on brown, dirty, muddy water came out. When we went to the front desk to notify them of the situation, they said they had no rooms left for us to go shower off so we had to go take a shower next to the swimming pool with people in attendance.

A roll away bed was added to our room to accommodate our young son

The street-facing rooms are very loud and the Family Weekend price hike was very disappointing

it is close to downtown Corvallis and on the river. Beautiful location! Great breakfast and yummy cookies when we checked in.

Our room was spotless. Breakfast was good. Staff were personable and friendly.

It was great that there was garage parking but it was poorly lit.

lack of parking. I had to park at the bank and vagrants were walking around. I was very concerned about my car and walking to the hotel

The hotel blends well into the residential character of the neighborhood. It fronts on an extended river walk. The town is charming. The staff were very friendly and accomodating as well. We used the laundry, as we were on a 2 week vacation, all in motels, it was nice to utilize a clean facility.

Parking was a bit limited on a weekend day, but a minor issue.

Good location - relatively close to nearby attractions.

Really close to highway, so moderate traffic noise.
