I didn't like any of it

There was construction going on and the smell of raw sewage throughout the hallways. There was some kind of construction generator directly outside of our window and it was going on and off all night we got no sleep and the breakfast didn't have bacon and the sausage was awful

Sad to not get the walk-in shower.. apparently there's only one...

The construction distorted the casual effect, still ok,

Location was great, staff were great. Good room size.

Under construction and the place was extremely dusty from it. Hallway and stairway carpets were partially ripped out and the rest was covered with thick construction dust which irritated our eyes and noses. The hotel should have been discounted due to it. It was about the same price as surrounding hotels, so I know no discount was given. It should have been noted on websites that it was under construction. I did not know until we arrived at 10pm and the entrance was blocked off. We had to walk around looking how to get in, eventually we saw a tiny sign on a side door with a doorbell. Once buzzed in, there was poor signage on how to find the front desk. I eventually found it inside the back corner of the breakfast room. Wet paint signs everywhere. I paid about $175 to stay here, that is way overpriced for a hotel under construction. I could have chosen next door for cheaper and not dealt with the construction mess and dodging of wet walls and missing carpet. I do not recommend until construction is done, unless they discount.

The only pro is that the hotel is in a convenient location in Bothell. Maybe it will be nice once construction is complete and customer service is improved.

This hotel is undergoing major construction at this time. We were not aware of it since I went through Booking.com to reserve. They seem to only be notifying guests of construction on their webpage but not through any communication if you book via an external booking platform. Construction starts early, around 8-9 am and goes until 6 pm. It is very loud and disruptive! We were traveling with a dog, which made it worse. Customer service is awful. We brought it to the staff's attention that we had no idea there was construction and maybe they should update their page on Booking.com to warn people or send an email about it once you've booked and can still cancel. No apologies or trying to help find a solution. The women working the front desk actually got into an argument with me about it and called me on the phone, trying to make me hold on the phone while she "proved me wrong" that it is on Booking.com. She was wrong and then admitted someone else had recently complained about the same thing and they obviously don't care. The television in our room did not work (it froze/very poor reception) and the Wifi is terrible. We tried to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but my husband got a carton of milk that was spoiled and expired. Again, he brought it to staff's attention and they did nothing. No apology and did not go check the fridge to see if other cartons were expired.

1) Lack of cleanliness--especially in the stairways (construction garbage should not pile up anywhere) 2) No easy access to the front desk (construction means a long winding path to get there) 3) No enough parking spaces; no or not enough parking lighting to decrease chances of getting robbed

Breakfast was ok 👍 I just got lucky on having that disabled spot to park.

The construction noise was horrible! I asked to check out a day early, which they said was ok. I asked if I needed to come to the desk before I left to take the extra day off I would not be staying. They said No. your all good to go. I when I got home I ask for them to email me a copy of the bill. (As I did have to give them my credit card and feel out paperwork. ) Now they said today they could not send or email me a copy of my checkout date! Dec. 01-2022– Dec. 03-2022. The Original date was December 4 to, “check out” so I stayed one day less. How do I get that last day refunded???? It just did not make sense to stay with all that noise!

Staff was super friendly and helpful, and so sweet to our puppy. Provided extra towels and an extra blanket like we asked as well. Will definitely be staying here again.

My only complaints would be not enough options in the vending machines(specifically the drinks) and not enough cookies. Make more cookies! They were gone so quickly but ridiculously good!

Friendly staff at Front Desk and hotel staff in Housekeeping and at Breakfast area. Very clean comfortable rooms. Delicious hot breakfast with variety for all guests. Fitness center and indoor pool & spa. We look forward to staying again when we are in Washington State. Thank you.
