Initial room we checked into smelled musty. Asked for another room & it smelled worse. Pool area is so humid you cant even breathe. Overall This hotel lacks ventilation. No Bathroom vents so your bathroom turn into a hazy sauna & hotel room is very humid after you shower thus the musty smell hotel rooms acquire with poor ventilation.

Clean. Good location.
Rooms were warm. Couldn’t get the temp down. Beds were uncomfortable. No microwave. Hallways were hot and warm. Breakfast was the same every day.

The food was surprisingly good, we ate there for both dinner and breakfast.
Rooms were a bit dated, the bathroom especially.

There are no restaurants close to this hotel but the one on-site offers an excellent but limited menu. The buffet breakfast in the morning was wonderful! The room and facilities are well appointed.
An alarm clock in the room would have been nice.

Made arrangements for our daughter to stay because of a snow storm. Sent them a message that she would be there at 5:30 am, they we ready for her with no problems.

Easy late check-in, we arrived at 2am and someone was available to check us in. Very fast and we were off to our room to sleep. Bed was a little hard but still got the job done.

I traveled through Madison for Christmas and decided to stay here. There were only 3 or 4 cars that night and there were basically no customers. Maybe that's the reason, but I had one of the quietest nights in a hotel. The room was quite clean and comfy. The bathroom looked a bit old but everything were working well. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient.

understaffed. no airport shuttle as advertised. restaurant closed due to holiday w/out notice.
Isolated location. Complete breakdown via booking.com to adjust booking change of an additional day to reservation. Local staff made efforts to adjust but hands were tied.

The Hotel was typical of a Chained Hotel
The room was larger than expected and the bed was very Comfy to the degree that I overslept and had to skip breakfast so I cannot comment on the quality of the Breakfast

Quite old! Bathrooms need updating! Shower was very slippery and hard to get in and out. Toilet seat was old and yellowed and needs to
be replaced!

Water pressure for the shower was good. When the toilet flushed, it wasn’t a loud flush.
Hot Tub was really too hot. The pool water was too chilly. The breakfast appeared delicious but was not warm (eggs, bacon, sausage). The wait staff for breakfast & dinner not hospitable. Never one smiled. I needed to print from the business center and the printer wasn’t working. The two queen bedroom were full beds. No way they were queen beds!! No microwave in the room.
