Everything including breakfast went well. The room was clean and quiet as well as the entire facility. Staff was helpful and friendly. I made the correct hotel selection.
There was nothing I didn't like. However, I'm a tall man and the toilet could be a little higher. I would have enjoyed a swim but the pool is not heated.

It was convenient located and clean.
I had the handicap accessible king room and the door did close completely on its own each time. Safety concern.

When I went to get into bed to sleep, the sheets were folded in half and the bed needed to be remade.
It was ridiculous that the bed was short sheeted and it was a cool trick to do to a full paying patron! I’m sure the housekeeping staff has issues, but they should not take it out on the guests.

Vincent, the man at the reception of the hotel is charming, He helped us with everything we asked for. The hotel is very clean and new, the pool is good, a very good experience

This hotel has a nice outdoor pool that makes staying in the summer a pleasure. Rooms are fairly large and beds are comfy. It is a reliable, pleasant place to stay.
The breakfast isn't great.

Clean room, super clean pool, friendly staff
One of the elevators was broken the whole time, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was typical of Holiday Inn Express buffet breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and the facilities were kept very clean. The breakfast was exceptional and it was nice that the always offered coffee, tea and fruit water in the lobby.
We were located above the laundry and it was somewhat noisy.
