The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were very clean. The handicapped accessibility was very accommodating. Would recommend staying in the hotel again!

Clean, and the location
Not much … the AC could use a service…. Room was muggy and damp.

Breakfast was very good - decent selection and the hot food was hot. The location was excellent for our needs. The staff had some good recommendations for dinner.
We had very noisy neighbors for 2 of the nights, and despite a call to the front desk, they did not quiet down. There was door slamming, moving between rooms, and loud talking in the hall at 11:30 pm, 2:30 am, and 4 am.

Room doors are really loud when closing. Other guests' doors distracting.

the air conditioning in our room was very loud, the lobby did not have much room for visitors to hang out.

we had two queen beds the first bed when you come into the room the mattress was damaged it had a droop in the mattress

The location was excellent for our needs; The front desk staff was friendly; The hotel was clean/modern; Our room was very nice and clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.
Every time we attempted to call the front desk the line was busy; the complimentary breakfast wasn't good; Automatically getting housekeeping on a daily basis was not offered, but had to be requested.

Breakfast was good. Location is good, one block off the main highway offers a little seclusion and it’s pretty quiet.
The TV doesn’t have “Cable Guide”, and it takes forever…we’ll it’s not even practical to change through all the channels to review content. I don’t know how this issue can be solved, but I parked under the trees. Next morning our car was covered in bird droppings. Maybe a warning to guests. But that is a nature problem.

Decor was very modern and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was much bigger than I expected. I liked that there were USB plugs in the outlets for the many devices I have to charge,

I found a roach in the bathroom, which I trapped in a cup, found ants on my nightstand and one crawled on my arm while in bed.
