The breakfast was delicious!

Everything was great.

The breakfast was great. Had a nice variety of food to choose from. The hotel was very clean. Really liked the shower. Preferred it over having a tub. The front desk personnel were very nice and accommodating.

Liked the fridge in the room but hoped there would be a microwave in the room. Thought that it was odd not to have a closet. Those were just minor things. Would not prevent us from staying there again.

Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub most. I enjoy the breakfast and clean room. Also the room had a bathtub. So many hotels only have showers. I love that my room had a bathtub.

Everything!! The room was spacious, bed was super comfortable, breakfast delicious, pool was a great size, hot tub was nice and hot, they had everything I needed for exercise equipment and front desk was very helpful answering all questions and meeting all my needs quickly!

Only good part of our one night stay was breakfast. For such a hotel what you expect, i would say it was better than that. Clean, ample quantities with smiling staff. Breakfast area was good too.

Quality of mattress was kind of what you may expect in one star hotel. Needs to be replaced. We booked the room through Booking.com and i booked clearly a room with two queen beds with microwave in the room. The guy on the desk suggested not a single room in the hotel that had two queens with microwave. He insisted it was an error by Booking.com not theirs. He offered me to change the room with one Queen and one sofa room that would have a microwave that we declined. It was not a big deal but as a principal it was wrong either on part of hotel or Booking.com. We used lobby microwave to heat up our super.

Great and well executed breakfast buffet. Good food and good choices available. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Signed us up for the rewards program when we realized this was a membership we missed getting. We travel a lot and were glad to have another hotel chain that we can count on.

The only small issue I had was the carpet in our room (#239). The carpet was slightly frayed in 2 spots where the carpet met the tile sections of the floor. The room was very clean and well maintained except for that 1 minor issue. We stayed at the Chadds Ford location since we were attending a wedding reception nearby. It was such a delightful stay, we will definitely come back.

Staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Place was super clean and the free breakfast was really good. Hotel is located right by a Texas Roadhouse, Chick-fil-A and a Citizens Bank. Room was also very clean.

The beds weren't that comfortable, weren't the worst I felt, but could be a lot better. However, I keep in mind that there's a possibility that alot of people have been in the beds so.

Breakfast was exceptional! Even at 9:15 am, everything was stocked fully, including fresh apples and bananas. The choices were bountiful and I had a hard time choosing so as not to overeat! The woman keeping it stocked and tidy was a hard-worker who clearly takes her job seriously and she was very pleasant!

Forgot to mention to the desk that the bedside clock was incorrect by an hour so we almost missed breakfast! We thought it was 8 am, when it was really 9 am! Might want to have someone check all the clocks in the rooms. I'm assuming the housekeeping staff are from other countries where they don't observe daylight savings twice yearly.

Breakfast was hot and varied, with lots of choice of eggs, meat, hash browns, oatmeal, fruit, trail bars and pastries, yogurt and more. Lots of seating area. The room was modern and very clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and fresh. The whole hotel was fresh and clean. Didn’t use the pool or fitness centre but they looked clean and adequate. Location was great for going to Longwoods Gardens and Winterthur.
