The staff was awesome! Providing paper plates, napkins when door dash forgot! Cleaning services excellent when asked for towel exchange- everyone so friendly!! Added balls in Pool made my grandson happy!

The staff was amazing! Loved the restaurant right on property and it had great food! The pool was great for all ages.

The breakfast, a family of 4, got a $20 off breakfast coupon.... when I paid for breakfast included but still had to pay out of pocket. Absolutely ridiculous.

The pool was so full. My kids had a hard time playing. The hot tub was so packed. You couldn’t even move your arm without touching somebody you didn’t know there were small children swimming about the hot tub unsupervised by parents when we arrived we were told that there were no longer two beds, but we could have a king with a portable bed, which also was a bust because the portable bed sucked! We tried to contact the desk for extra towels, and nobody answered.

Breakfast advertised as included but really just a coupon for the onsite restaurant that doesn't cover a full meal. Pool supposed to close st 11 pm but people in pool until 2:15 am and very loud. Bathroom very small. Room not too clean with popcorn all over carpet.

The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The facility was clean and appeared well taken care of. Nice pool area for kids.

The pool was cold. The coffee machine in room didn't work after replacing it twice. Staff did try to replace. Must have received poor machines as they were new from what we were told.
