This hotel was under construction, the restaurant was closed, the room was terrible and overlooked a parking lot. We checked out immediately and were told we wouldn’t be charged they cancelled it and we went to grove park inn.

The showers were very nice and great Mountain views.

It was under renovation and the room I paid for was overbooked

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. There shower was nice and spacious and the water pressure was good. The room room also had plenty of space to move around.

The room did not have a full length mirror which would have been very helpful when getting ready. There was also no closet to hang items in. The room did have a steamer but no ironing board which would have been convenient as there was nothing to hang the clothes up on to steam. Also the bathroom lighting was very poor. There was no light in front of the mirror but a dim one off to the side. We were informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations and maybe this will something that will be fixed. The television in the bedroom was also outdated.

Our room was AMAZING! Corner penthouse the view was outstanding.

Pull out sofa in the living room by the fireplace was very uncomfortable.

This is our favorite hotel. Super clean, beautiful views, very courteous and helpful staff. Nice snack selection, nice full liquor bar. Great coffee shop for the morning latte. Great valet service. And this last stay, we were there looking for wedding venues. The manager upgraded us to a penthouse suite, which was absolutely stunning. I'm already planning on booking a penthouse there for our wedding. We just love hotel indigo Asheville. Highly recommend!!!

Too many dogs in the hotel. I get pet friendly but I prefer not to sleep at a kennel. Otherwise the hotel is fine.
