Area and room was nice

I went to get coffee came back and housekeeping already came in and cleaned room with my personals still in room then told my husband when he came back that room clean and he couldn't enter. We still had 2 hrs until check out(12:00pm). Then the manager wasn't very friendly or helpful didn't even want to compensate for the inconvenience if we pay almost 100.00 dlrs to stay until check out then that's what it should be no matter what was left in room housekeeping had no business in room at 10:30am Very disappointed I won't visit again. Still waiting on my deposit.

Nothing. Literally nothing.

Everything was old and smelled terrible. It smelled like a mix of old dog and urin We could not stay in the room, it was more than we could take. I see why there is a no cancellation policy because after going to the property we tried toget our money back but they will not refund my money. We had to book the night at a different hotel and still pay for this one too.

The location and the amount of space we had

The room was poorly cleaned. There were absolutely not to cook with in the room we had to go get our own pots and pans and dishwashing liquid. Furniture was badly stained. Looks like no one care about the place.

I liked the thought that I would never be back there. Worst hotel experience ever.

I didn't like anything we checked out 15 minutes after checking in it was disgusting and destroyed

There was a stab hole in the couch, there were stains all over it, the carpet was disgusting and stained and torn in places, it was not cleaned at all still had crumbs and food on the floor, the beds had hair and glitter on them, the manager wouldn't call me back in regards to the room, the pool advertised was permanently closed. It was horrible!!! It is also advertised as a hotel by Wyndham and I called Wyndham to file a complaint only to be told that they do not own that property anymore either!!!! False advertisement and disgusting

I liked the whole kitchen set up and the sliding back door .

Since this is an extended stay place, there were families living there with no regard for vacationers.

I saw no breakfast, should the man at the property have told me about the breakfast?

The man that was at the front desk The old, dated, seemingly dirty room. The people staying there smoked right outside my door. The lady across from me sat on a sofa outside her door and smoked all day and night. There was an enormous pile of cigarette butts EVERYWHERE surrounding my room. There was a seemingly disabled vehicle in the parking lot. Every time I passed it the hood was up. A man worked on the truck from time to time. It just seemed really ghetto and I wouldn't be surprised if drugs were being sold here. This place appears to be a permanent home for some people. Just way junkier than I am used to. Won't be back

N9 breakfast & I literally paid 313 plus 100 deposit..the facility had roaches & burn marks on toilet seats . Room itself wasn’t bad .. oh & then at 1148 housekeeping just walked into the damn room as we were still getting dressed ! We couldn’t even talk to front desk smh
