The check in staff. The restaurant staff. They all were accommodating & helpful. Room was very clean. Great location.

Nothing. Bathroom floor was sticky filthy, toilet paper role was mounted only a few inches above the floor on the opposite side of toilet, very weird place, wI fi was not in service the entire time we stayed there and room itself looked outdated, worn & carpet smelled. It was worse than a low budget hotel but cost $$$$! Not like any other Hilton we've ever stayed at. Crappy, costly & just plain sad. We would not recommend this place to anyone who expected to get what they paid for!

We didn't like anything.. It was so bad, we decided not to risk eating in the restaurant. Oh, also, the temperature in the hot tub was cool enough to bathe a baby. Also, smelled like too much disinfectant was in the water. Probably a good thing, all things considered.

Breakfast was awesome!! We had hospital appt in the morning Only one of us was able to eat 🙁

The carpeting was dirty in the elevator. Disgusting

beautiful views along the river. Just walk out the from lobby, and you can walk along the river to town, shops, restaurants— in both directions! ( N and S). you can jog and run. Also next to the eve music in the park. A fine restaurant st the hotel. nice rooms

Pool, and it was on the river with a river view. Also loved the bar and restaurant in the hotel.

We booked a balcony room and paid extra for balcony room but was mislead on Booking.com that they offered balcony rooms which they do not! So I was not happy especially since that was the reason for booking the room at that hotel!

Location and customer service

I loved the location. Walking distance yo restaurants and shopping.

When the doors open it is very cold in the foyer restaurant area. I also don’t like that the doors are open all night long. It would be nice if they had a complimentary breakfast.
