the staff was very pleasant and helpful! the restaurant was very nice and the food and staff were spot on. Steven was a very awesome staff member that not only checked us in early even though he was busy helping out for a large lunch group. He also checked in and made dinner reservations for us! very pleased with the service!

there seems to be a lot of “over the ages” damage that has been let go from water soaked ceiling tiles in the men’s room to the over esthetics of the walls and doors. The tape on the doers to show it was cleaned was a great idea but has left a bad residue on all the doors in multiple places.

went to room and door was wide open

nice size rooms, seemed fairly clean, and had nice amenities available on location. (Pool, Spa, Exercise Room, Bar, and Restaurant).

not much wrong with the property itself, just would’ve rather not stayed the same night as a wedding reception.

the beds mattress needs replaced

The TV could be bigger at least considering the price of the room. Like to soak in the tub and watch TV but was really small.

My computer was sitting on the window sill and the window must of leaked when it rained and it was sitting in a pool of water when I woke up.

I have stayed here many times as a little weekend get away. The pool area was clean as always, check in was quick and easy.

Again, I have stayed here many times, first thing I had to do was clean the toilet seat with the bleach wipes I carry with me. The room my son and I were put in this time was musty and damp. The young man at the front desk at check out looked as though he would have rather been anywhere else but at work.
