Property was great.

When I checked in my reservation with Booking ($146.96)was not found. I had to pay for another room at $188.21 for the same room. This made for a negative attitude for me. My evening was spoiled and caused me stress.

The first front desk woman was great

Between booking.com and the hotel staff not knowing why the website said it had amenities it didn’t, and a price sale that was incorrect for the wrong room. Only thing given was a room change for the regular price and complimentary late check out, (by an hour) whoopie. Overall poor service and should’ve resulted in refund in total. Booking.com agent was rude and hung up on my face.
