Although I had notified the hotel in advance, that I would be arriving at 6 AM, they had replied, but they still canceled my reservation so it took a lot longer to check in which meant less time in the hotel. I only booked a hotel for sleep for four hours and they didn’t even

We booked this room for our family of 5 and for some reason received a single king room. We booked this property specifically because they advertised they have free, underground, secure parking. We would be leaving our vehicle there for 12 days and wanted it to be safe. Upon arrival, we knew we messed up. The “parking garage” would have been fine if there were any parking spots available. But it wasn’t your average parking garage… no! There is only one way in and one way out. We drove our truck in there (after being told we could park in there) only to get stuck inside with an inch of clearance. Nowhere to turn around, couldn’t back out, as it was down a steep hill. We were forced to leave it in the open lot for nearly two weeks. And!!! they charged us an extra $150 to park it there, after advertising that it’s free parking. The ONLY reason we chose this junk hotel was for the free parking. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me!

Booking.com never sent the reservation to Sleep Inn. Even though I had a confirmation number from booking.com, it was worthless. The hotel staff at the desk told me that this happens all the time. Long story short, I had no room reserved even though I had reserved it through booking.com weeks before. Fortunately they were able to find a room for me at a higher rate.. next time I will book directly with the hotel

Your shuttle service is terrible ! We had to call 3 times after being promised the shuttle service would be there in 10 minutes to SeaTac airport. It took them 45 minutes while we stood in the cold outdoors !!! Unacceptable !
