Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

My internet in my room did not work the entire time...and we couldn't get it fixed even spending 45 minutes to an hour on the phone with All Bridge. Some of the pillows in my room had stuff on the pillowcases. The breakfast was ok but not great.

The day I went the water from the swimming pool was super cold kids couldn't enjoy it.

It was very clean. Staff was exceptional.

The heating element for the spa was not working. The reason I booked here was for the indoor pool and spa. Especially with the outdoor temperature and looking forward to relax from stressful drive.

location to our event

they “overbooked” and didn’t bother calling anyone. we arrived at 9:45 PM after a 5 hour drive to be told they didn’t have a room. They made available a sister hotel at no cost, but truth be told I wouldn’t have paid to stay at the location if required. it was less than desirable in cleanliness.
