convenient and nice looking lobby. the lobby was so inviting.

The king mattress was too soft like you were sinking down into it and there were stains on the pullout couch mattress When we checked in I told the lady I wanted to pay cash and she said I could do that when we check out but the next day a different lady said we could not do that so it was like they didn’t know what they were doing.

NOT the quality of a Marriott outside patio area with old furniture some of it cracked and broken phones didn’t work pool closed small shower with door to enter on wrong side slow toilet needed more flushes to clear toilet too low and small laundry dryer broken NOTHING FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER uncomfortable bed important USPS package left in their mailbox I told them multiple times I was expecting it before they checked their mailbox clearly not any value for what I paid I was going to stay in a less expensive hotel but opted for this to be with family and I trusted that as a Marriott it would be worth it. it was not

Contradicting information of the lobby staff: When I asked for pre check-out due to leaving to the airport next morning at 3 am I was confirmed it wouldn't be necessary since the counter would be available 24/7. Next morning at 3 am there was young lady at the counter but she told I'd need to wait another 30 minutes due to non availability of the computer. The lobby - staff (young lady) wasn't willing to note by Hand all information to put into the computer later so that I could leave in time; I had to do it. Poor performance of her! ☹️ Exactly to avoid such things I'd asked in advance…

Hotel room was old. Needs to be totally renovated. Lobby was nice looking but totally different inside rooms.Had to change rooms 3 times. Very disappointed

I liked the location of the hotel. Plenty of parking.

The bathroom had a weird body odor type smell. The pool was closed for maintenance-the indoor pool for the kids was the major reason I chose this hotel. I booked a king room but was given a queen room. The hotel was full so no way to change rooms. The front desk staff were not very friendly and seemed bothered when asked something -especially the male at the front desk.

It was a nice room

The pool was closed . And upon arival woman at desk said she didnt have my reservation . I showed her my name and id and comformation number 4 times. And she said she didnt have it . Tried to sell me more exspensive rooms . Then i was ready to walk out and she conviently sais she found my room???? The next morning i asked for a discount because no pool . And the young girl at desk was friendluer than woman the nigjt before . She said manager was not there but printed a note out for manager . And no discount havnt heard from a manager . Will not stay there again!!

The location was perfect for the reason we were there.

The pull out couch was made for smaller children. My children are 12 and 15. They were very uncomfortable and they didn't get much rest because the bed was extremely too small.

It was in a good location

I booked my room and got all the way over there only to be told that I didn’t have a room that night after I have traveled a long way and so did my guess only to be told we DIDN’T have anywhere to stay that night, and we missed the Carolina game which was one of the reasons we booked.

No hot water. tv did not work. and no refund

The room was excellent as was the front desk staff . However when we called to make the reservation Booking.com we were told the pool was open breakfast would be served the restaurant was available and the bar was open. Unfortunately all the above were not available since the facility is being remodeled. Had we known that we would have certainly gone to another courtyard So we ended up paying for a room that didn't have the full amenities as advertised. Doesn't really seem like the Marriott standards we were accustomed to for the past 40 years. Your thoughts?

NO SLIP PROTECTION STRIPS ON TUB. I actually FELL when moving forward to put soap on my wash cloth. The grab bar was TOO FAR away. Our commode had problems flushing properly. Staff in reception area and the lack of an open bar or food area was disappointing.

No food, Pre order food is expensive, and Bob evans is right next door so that was a better option
