room is clean, staff was efficient.

No USB ports to charge phones.

It was a decent location, with a choice of restaurants very close and only 10 minutes from Mall of Georgia too which was great.

The room had a "smell". I think coming from the air conditioning unit but it unfortunately didnt get any better, and I couldnt open the windows to get any fresh air in.

pillows are horrible, should bring my own. Rare to find coffee made. Pool area had such a chlorine smell, it burned the eyes. Pool was cloudy and not heated. someone was smoking, so we had a fire drill at 6am. vanity area was not well lit to apply makeup and hair.

Location was perfect. Staff was great, clean room, everything I needed. And breakfast was perfect!

Upon Arrival to the location and 4 hrs on the highway was told they do not accept cash as payment for the rooms that I had reserved, after locating a bank and spending 30 mins depositing the money into my son checking account and returning to the property, I had asked to be roomed side by side or connecting rooms. They had assigned the rooms on each end of the bottom floor, which I had also requested to be placed on the top floor. upon reaching my assigned room the key card did not work which was due to the key pad being a non working device. after several more minutes front desk then assigned me to a handicap room which the clothes that were hung up touched the floor, the toilet was stopped up on the second night was told my front desk to come to desk to pick up a plunger. totally unacceptable considering the gentleman was outside constantly smoking cigarettes. spoke to the manager who was totally unapologetic on circumstances of my entrance to his property. This stay was reserved for my birthday weekend and I will Never book this hotel again or a Marriott chain. Very disappointed with this hotel and the way my entire stay was handled

The beds were hard as hell my husband ended up sleeping on the floor as it was softer then the bed. It's outdated our room pain job was old and ugly they had tons of rust on the bathroom

I think there was supposed to be a microwave in my room and there was not and need more drink option at breakfast
