The breakfast was ok.

The shower had black mold around the shower pan and tile grout. We chose not to shower because of this!

No elevator so pain to drag bags up stairs, carpet dirty, hallways dark and dingy. Two towels had something on them. My Sister had a room too but fought to get her money back due to stains on the sheets and the odd smell in the whole place. I didn't feel like arguing it was late so I stuck it out I didn't have kids she did so I don't understand not wanting kids on those floors

The staff were not friendly at all. The room had a bad odor, broken smoke detector, shower handle and dresser drawer there was also blood on the wall in the elevator, I brought this to the attention of the staff and when we checked out it still had not been addressed. People were standing right out the front door smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol The pool was very dirty and the weight room had a very strong odor. Wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

Bed sheets were wet on both beds, bugs in the bathroom.

The location

They charged me $60 over my booking fee. I called four times for my money back they kept telling me they would and never saw it. The room had cough drops and Kleenex around the bed. I had to clean the room when we first arrived.
