The location was good.

The A/C did not stay set at desired temp. The cable in our room had no signal and the shower/tub had no hot water.

After paying what I consider a high rate for a room, we were disappointed with the breakfast. Breakfast buffet was $16 and was not worth it. Staff was not very friendly. When we asked questions, they were short and snippy with their responses.

Late evening meal was better than anticipated and the wait staff was excellent and accommodating.

Booked room through Booking.com and paid before arrival. When I got there to check in the clerk demanded my credit card and billed me again. I thought she just needed my credit card to keep on file for any incidentals, however I am still trying to get these double charges off my card.

The room was a great size, parking was not difficult, and the front staff were great. I was double charged for breakfast, but the front staff cleared it up right away within a few minutes of checking out.

I paid for breakfast, but the cafe staff double charged me, and the cafe attendant was also very rude. The tables were also not very clean.

The hotel was very clean, nice location. The stuff was very nice, the room was clean. We went to the pool and had fin time, everything was perfect until it was bed time.

Our room was on the second floor facing pool area. Pool is closing at 10 PM. Some men had a party right under our windows, nothing crazy at first. But after 10 they played loud music, very loud behaviour, obviously very drunk, had some bean bag time.Well no problem, we thought probably all this will end soon. At around 11:20 had to call front desk, I was reassured guys are wrapping up. It was first night ever my 9 year old fell asleep past midnight because of this crazy noise. Music continued playing till about midnight, but those men continued their party as loud as they were till about 2:30 AM, the staff did not mind a bit. Another problem was the noise from room above us. I assume one of those partying guys stayed above us. Sounded like someone had issues with potty constantly galloping back and forth… Well apart from all this noise problem our stay was great.

beds were too hard, pillows are old, worn out and need to be replaced- had to fold one in half to get it thick enough to sleep on. worst nights sleep ever!!! and the staff are only friendly to you if you are black!
