The hotel needs an update. Seems old. Rooms need new everything.

Breakfast was great. Staff - very friendly. Beautiful lobby, bar, open areas with plants and pond. Grandkids loved the pool.

We started going to this motel 30 years ago. It saddens me it has not been kept up. Bathroom - wall treatment peeling. Mold in tub. Grout looks bad. Mirror frame chipped and scratched. Furniture worn. Will look for another hotel next time.

The manager tried to make me feel better about how awful the first day/night was..

4pm check in turned into after 8pm. Rooms were not ready. We and many other guests had no rooms. They tried to NOT give me a handicap accessible room. My friend, who traveled with me, sacrificed her room so that I could have a walk-in shower.

My view was a parked car. Traveled for medical. Breakfast potatoes and eggs were horrible. Vegan options other than fruit would gave been nice. Room never really cooled down. No discounts were offered.

We love staying at this hotel. It is a wonderful place to gather with family!

The rooms really need a good remodel. The furniture and fixtures are worn. Also, the staff was picking up the breakfast food as people were making their plates. Staff picked up food as an elderly customer was attempting to make her plate.

The inside of the hotel is beautiful. Housekeepers were friendly. Room was nice.

Beds and couch are worn out. Air conditioning wasn't working. Wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off the wall. Hot tub was broke and the water smelled, when staff notified they just threw more chemicals in it.

The breakfast was excellent!

The frame on the pullout bed was broken so the mattress kept sinking down.

Nothing didn’t get to stay said booking.com didn’t give them the reservation, this is the second and last time I’m ever using booking.com cuz last time I used booking.com in las cruces New Mexico the hotel didn’t get the reservation either according to both hotels

They didn’t have my reservation, and they were full even though I booked my hotel a month in advance, all my confirmation codes. Then the front desk man made me stand there while he talked to his manager even though he told me they had no rooms and we wouldn’t be allowed to stay but still he told me to wait.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Property looking a bit warn. Our room the TV didn't work and I could not get it too cool off. Pricey hotel so I expect it to live up to that.

My room was not in great condition. There was a large square of wallpaper that had been cut out of the wall, had been replaced but the top was not stuck down. it was really tacky. there were also many “bubbles” on the wallpaper on the wall behind the bed. looked like water had run down the wall and loosened the paper so there were air pockets. The bathroom tub had so many areas around it that looked either dirty or needed caulking. I could not take a shower the next morning because there was only scalding hot water no matter which way I turned the faucet dial. Zero cold water.

the hotel was full. they had a band right outside our door. we found a used wet towel on the back of the bathroom door.

Breakfast and kitchen staff were excellent. Good decent size rooms.

I didn’t like that booking.com jacked my nightly rate up to over 250 per night when the front desk told me they couldn’t can be it go the going rate of 189.00 because by the time I discovered the huge increase, we were checking in. Such a scam and will NEVER use booking again.

the jacuzzi stunk really bad and seemed like we were sitting on slim , too much cleaner very strong.we had to get out.

the pool was disgusting. there were clumps of hair, slim at the bottom.

1. didn’t have rooms available until 4:30/45 when check in is at 4pm 2. there were 2 families having birthday parties in the lobby area and took up most of the room. on top of that had 10-15 kids (not registered guests) at each party who then also used the pool and caused it to be very overcrowded for the paying guests to be able to use the pool with small children safely. 3. the pool itself needs a lot of care, the water is green and the bottom is slimy and you couldn’t swim with out be tangled up in massive amounts of hair. There are clumps of hair at the bottom of the pool and covering the drains. you almost need to wear shoes in the pool. 4. I don’t believe our room was vacuumed or bathrooms cleaned, when we dropped the door hanger and picked it up the static had collected what looked like to be a ton of animal hair…even though they say no pets allowed, we did see a lady with a dog in the lobby. the bathroom floor was covered in black hair as well. The hotel needs a lot of updating, cleaning and maintenance for the price you pay.

Room had peeling wallpaper, worn furniture, and both tv remotes did not work.

fire alarm went off at 0700 and scared me too death. went off in several other rooms as well at that time. no explanation or apology from staff. I was looking forward to a few extra hours of sleep that morning.

We were driving from Colorado to San Antonio so this was just a quick sleep. the Beds were comfortable and the room was large. however the wallpaper is peeling off of the walls and it did not meet Embassy Suites standard in my opinion.

Breakfast was great. Great location in town. Accessible to the loop to get anywhere in town.
